Meatless Mondays

It's a Monday and Mondays should be meatless. If you still have no idea what I'm talking about (most bloggers should know this by now), my column this week explains to Egypt what the concept is based on and the benefits behind supporting this initiative. On another note, please keep Egypt in your thoughts. Difficult times for everyone. It will be hard on me emotionally to leave home and go back to Asia with everything happening.

  1. I've always been intrigued by Meatless Mondays, and have subconsciously been cutting out meat once a week (though not necessarily on Mondays). I've tried explaining the concept to friends, but could never put it as succinctly as you did. Will definitely just pass them your link ;)

"It's almost as if we love death and are actively pursuing it as one big happy family." -- Beautifully poignant, Sarah :)

  2. Haha! I'm glad you enjoyed it. Even when I explain to people, they seem to be uninterested in learning anything new and still blame their weight and illnesses on fate. Urgh. Glad you agree. :)
