this is Hema writing from Dubai. I stumbled upon buttered-up through the daily news egypt. The first blog i read was on pita bread in which you explain chapati preparation, i am impressed with the flow of your writing and the details. Since i am a vegetarian i am planning to try your aubergiene pasta this weekend.
